Kwita Izina – Rwanda Development Board

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Conversation on Conservation in 2020 was a virtual session organised as part of celebrations marking the 16th Kwita Izina gorilla naming ceremony. The conversation reviewed Rwanda’s conservation opportunities and challenges, encouraged dialogue and engagement amongst key conservation stakeholders and highlighted the impact of conservation and eco-tourism on community development. SRC was RDB’s official agency that worked with them to organize their virtual conference.
