East Africa Clean Cooking Symposium – UNCDF

The Eastern Africa Regional Clean Cooking Symposium 2025 was held from 6–8 May at Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha, Tanzania, convening over 200 stakeholders across the clean energy ecosystem. The event was organized by UNCDF through its CookFund Programme in partnership with the Ministry of Energy of Tanzania and supported by the European Union.
With the theme “Accelerating the Clean Energy Transition: Linking Financing, Innovation, Technology Adoption, Access and Policy”, the symposium aimed to drive collaborative solutions for clean cooking access across the region.

Studiored Communications (SRC) was contracted to lead media management for the symposium, developing and executing a robust communications strategy to drive visibility and amplify impact. The strategy combined pre-event publicity, live coverage, influencer collaborations, digital amplification, and post-event storytelling.
